Broadway Performance Hall  

Broadway Performance Hall is located at the intersection of Pine Street and Broadway at Seattle Central Community College on Capitol Hill. Please note that it is a proscenium stage. Parking is limited - see parking notes below.

Distance from floor to bottom of  I-beam: 28 feet/ 5 inches.

Entrance & Green Room Access:

All equipment and props should be loaded in through the glass front doors facing the courtyard on Broadway.

Performer Seating:

We know that part of the festival fun is watching each other perform. At Broadway Performance Hall the side stage areas are small, with no room to watch from there. So we will be reserving a limited number of seats in the first two rows of the house right and house left sections (not the center section). These seats will be labeled. There is an exit adjacent to each of those sections for easy access in and out of the theatre. There will not be enough seating for everyone to watch every act.  Please be aware of those seats filling up and rotate to allow others to watch. We want to be sure that your fellow performers all get a chance to enjoy pieces of the show. There will be a monitor in the Green Room set up for your viewing pleasure.

Animals:

Broadway Performance Hall strictly prohibits any animal or bird, including animal performers or pets, other than service animals, to be brought into the theater, backstage or anywhere else in the building.

Smoking:

Smoking and vaping is not allowed inside the building or within 50 feet from any entrance point.

 

Parking:
Capitol Hill can be a bit tricky when it comes to parking. Make sure to leave early and read the signs! Moisture Festival will not reimburse you for a parking ticket.

 

There is a garage directly behind BPH on Harvard Ave which is $15.00. Click on this link for more information. If you do not choose to park in the garage you will need to find street parking. Performers can request reimbursement for parking only for the days they are performing. Please see our reimbursement procedure here
